Surrender a Pet

We understand the difficulties life can bring. You may be facing financial, medical, or housing changes. If you find the need to surrender your pet because of these challenges, we are here to help.

The first step is to complete our surrender request form. A member of our team will review your submission and contact you to coordinate next steps.

After you submit the form, our team will review your information and contact you to coordinate next steps, including scheduling and intake instructions.

Please bring any applicable veterinary records with you if available. Our team will let you know what to bring and when to come in.

• $45 per fixed animal (must have proof)
• $50 per unfixed animal
• $50 per litter (2+ animals under 4 months)
• $50 per group of pocket pets (mice, small birds, hamsters, rats, guinea pigs, gerbils)
