Due to the high volume of visitors and the rise in concerns regarding COVID-19 in our community, Cedar Bend Humane Society's adoption center is now operating by appointment only to all potential adopters and those wishing to visit with our adoptable shelter pets. CBHS feels it necessary to regulate the number of people in our adoption center at one time to ensure a safe environment for our community, staff, volunteers, and animals in our care.
Cedar Bend Humane Society's adoption team is excited to be able to provide individualized 1-on-1 adoption appointments in order to better assist in connecting you with your new best friend!
To make an appointment to adopt or visit our adoptable shelter pets, please call 319-232-6887 between 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Our adoption center is closed for lunch daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. We hope to see you soon!
